SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4 WITH SNAPDRAGON 810 GETS BENCHMARKED

Earlier this week, there were a bit of rumors of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to come with a Snapdragon 810 baked within. Geekbench website has now arrived with an recent evidence of such a Galaxy Note 4 having a model number SM-916S, running the Android 5.0 Lollipop and powered with an eight-core MSM8994 chipset which is none another but the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset. The regular existing Note 4 has a model number SM-N910.



However, reports show that the Snapdragon 810 powered Galaxy Note 4 might previously be released in South Korea in the home-town. Design wise it is believed to be looking very similar to the current model of the handset and as such there is no word from the company regarding its release date.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 is the latest chipset from Qualcomm having a 64-bit octa-core CPU with an advanced LTE Cat 9 multimode modem. Here are some of the very cool features of the chipset giving the detailed view on its power. Qualcomm is suppose to launch the Snapdragon 810 if the first half of 2015.
